The coating blade is a specialized mechanical blade that is elongated and has a certain curvature at the edge, used in coating machinery to apply a layer of specific functional adhesives, coatings, or inks onto materials such as paper, fabric, leather, aluminum foil, and plastic films. During the operation of coating equipment, the occurrence of uneven adhesive application necessitates the use of a squeegee blade to ensure uniform distribution of the adhesive.
